Control Design Supply was started in 1963, by our founder, father, and friend Louis F Dinkel.  He actually started this company with just one terminal block in his pocket.  From there he began selling from the trunk of his car.  He expanded the company to include branches across the country. Specializing in terminal blocks continued, but he also expanded product offerings to include many kinds of components.  While he built up his company he also built up the employees that worked for him.  He was an honest, hard working, fair, and generous man.  Many are very thankful for the opportunities and friendship they shared.
